IHC came to my home and provided a free estimate for replacement of my existing system. Ben arrived on time (a big deal to me) and was personable, courteous, and patient with my questions. While we discussed several options, I never felt rushed or pressured. I had every confidence that Ben was being honest and not just trying to make a sale.
IHC installed the system in one day. When they left all debris had been picked up and removed. I am very pleased with the exceptional professional service and with my new system (it is so quiet my neighbors do not even hear it running). I will be calling IHC again when my water heater bites it!
